## Basic Usage
```php
if ( $csv = SimpleCSV::import('book.csv') ) {
	print_r( $csv );
}
```
```
Array
(
    [0] => Array
        (
            [0] => ISBN
            [1] => title
            [2] => author
            [3] => publisher
            [4] => ctry
        )

    [1] => Array
        (
